21+old major girl.traped my brother got married.by cheating hiding age

My brother just crossed 20+and cheated. Black mailed. By hiding age. And got emotional black mail like jumping topfrom a building...and fored to marry her.. and there only except both got married. But we don't need her.. what is the way for us now

hi you could file petition for annulrment of marriage on the ground that the marriage is performed by obtaining the consent of the marriage by fraud and therefore the marriage performed is void and to be cancelled

you can file for declaring the marriage as null and void i e.. we have to write petition wherein we pray for cancellation of marriage itself please contact me so that I can effectively help for guiding you more I need to speak to you
