156/3 ka poora process kya hota hai

सीआरपीसी 156 3 का प्रोसेसर क्या होता है कि जब वह मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने जाता है तो मजिस्ट्रेट थाने से एक रिपोर्ट में मांगा जाता है कि थाने वालों ने क्या इस संबंध में कोई रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है यदि रिपोर्ट दर्ज की होती है तो मुझसे डिसमिस कर देते हैं यदि रिपोर्ट नहीं लिखी जाती है थाने से आता है कि इस संबंध में कोई रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं है तो मजिस्ट्रेट या तो आदेश दे सकते हैं रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने की या फिर आप के 156 दिन को खारिज कर सकते हैं या फिर उसे ऐसे कंप्लेंट दर्ज कर सकते हैं
