Dear Sir Under the Special Marriage Act court marriage requires a mandatory 30 day notice period after submitting the application so completing the entire process within 15 days is not possible under this statute However since both of you are Hindu you can solemnize a traditional marriage according to Hindu rites under the Hindu Marriage Act and subsequently apply for registration The marriage becomes legally valid immediately upon performing the traditional ceremony and obtaining the marriage registration certificate can often be completed quickly depending on local registrar availability Therefore while a direct court marriage in 15 days under the Special Marriage Act is not legally feasible completing a religious ceremony followed by prompt legal registration serves as an effective alternative

You can get your marriage registration in 1-2 days once u get marriage certificate from temple if both of you are Hindu by religion.
