125 CRPC Maintenance

Dear Sir, A 125 Maintenance Case filed and i am paying maintenance of rs 10000 from last 5 Year, she is well educated and not working enjoying life as her parents are recieving pension of 70 to 80000 rs, roaming in car, brother are in United State earning in dollars. My Concern Past 5 year she not tried to work , she completed Mcom first class and BEd and intentionally not working.Can I file any case against her, Case is running in karera shivpuri dustrict MP. Please Advice, further she willfully left me and i tried two years to take her back but she refused to join me.

I want to know some things. Did you file the case of restitution of conjugal right or not , and do you any child.
If you have already filled then covert in Divorce case. and get divorce and and pay one time permanent alimony to your wife and you have any child then pay him also.
And you can file revision in HighCourt again reducing maintenance amount also.
