10 years back I got married and 1 year later we both were unhappy so decided to take divorce. For that 1year I was at my parents home..later he asked to take divorce..so he came at my home with some documents to get my sign for divorce but I never been to any court for divorce..now I don't have any documents..so how did I know that I got divorce or not..since 8 years we are no in any contact please help

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that did you have got any summon from the family court or you have given any affidavit which you have signed as a mutual divorce consent as your query is not elaborate regarding any legal so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

जो घर विवाह विच्छेद के जो पेपर लाये थे बो स्टाम्प पेपर वाला था क्योंकि जो कोर्ट होता है वो मान्य होता है चाहे13b हो या13a हो दोनों ही मान्य लेकिन ये कोर्ट में याचिका दायर होती है ना की घर पर ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए मुझे कॉल कर सकते है 10 से 8 बजे तक
