nothing very much. once the complaint is lodged you hve to take bail. you might get the fir quashed if there is some lacunae with the complaint. but the rest would depend on the enduring trial which will ensue. more importantly you and your wife should share a healthy relationship of trust and care not of suspicion and dislike. in case you can't find each other compatible better do not enter into a matrimonial alliance.
