Mere husband ne Section9 ka case kiya hai to mujhe kya karna chahiye.. police case kar sakti hu kya.. domestic violence or maintenance ka case laga sakti hu kya...or in case me kharch kitne lagte hai..

Husband ne Section 9 HMA ka case file kiya hai, to aap ko karna bus yeh hai ki agar aap wapas apne husband ke paas kabhi nahin jana chahti hain to Section 9 HMA ke us case ko defend karen.
Haan, domestic violence aur maintenance ke cases aap laga sakti hain.
