Since my cases are going on against my husband. He is fearless. He and his brother only two people in the family.so over he is ready to give divorce but no alimony. Now I am scared what if he along with his brother left or sell his property and run away with any justice or conclusion ? What should I do that he can not do this ? How i should stop this? As it is I am suffering from all ways. No positive results I got so far .
Sec. 18 of Protection of women from domestic violence act would prevent him from alienating his property without prior permission of the magistrate. Moreover, Sec. 25 of Hindu marriage act entitles you to ask for permanent alimony from the court to be given by your husband. It is the efficiency of the advocate to convince the court by his effective arguments. Choose your advocate wisely. Good luck!
you can file a case to prevent your husband to sell or dispose any property which you are well aware that the particular property belongs to your husband name. You can also bring it in the Knowledge of Hon'ble Judge of your case that your husband is trying to sell his property and want to safeguarding himself from any kind of compensation which can be ordered by judge
