If there has never been any domestic violence on a woman of any kind, but she intends to file a case, and produces pictures of wounds, would that be admissible in court?

Alongwith the pictures of physical abuse, a MLC report is also required and the day on which the alleged abuse is alleged that need to corrobate with the wound. Apart from that the principle of res gestae, DIR everything else has to be considered. A strong defense will suffice your requirements to give the proper defense to the allegations.
