The sufferer of DV is a hindu married male with a daughter.

How best Indian Law/Lawyer shall help if a hindu male who got married 9-years back is now being suffering for past 3-years the domestic violence from his wife in the form of daily verbal abuse, physical attack, blackmailing to file DV and dowry case, unnecessarily beating 7-year old daughter just because she has regular money demand, which is more than husband's salary/earnings just to spend it on her fashion desire and to roam around with her friends.
Greatful, if an expert can advice on what shall be the first step to be undertaken by the husband if he has videos as evidence to showcase the tortures given by his wife to him and his daughter.
