My husband send me 99 act notice so we send also but no any response opposite party.. so now what should I do? Can i file 498 case. And how cost in this matter. Plzz reply me...
aapne clear nahi bataya ki aapke husband ne kaun si notice aapko bheja hai Keval 99 likha hai Jo clear nahi hai aap pura matter batayen taki aap ki help ho sake. 498a file karna aasaan hai lekin bina reason ke file karne ka koi labh apko nahi milega so first you tell the matter in detail then I can help you better.

If you have sent as a reply to their notice, then just wait for your husband to initiate the Section 9 proceedings.
If you have also sent a notice to your husband, and received no response, then after the notice period expires, just file the case for what you have sent the notice.
Yes, you can file a Section 498A IPC case. There is no question of cost in this case, as this is a criminal case a public prosecutor will fight the case.
