Regarding the maintenance and child custody

I m JYOTI kashyap. I am hindu. In 2018 my husband made some false what's app chat with a boy and deserted me from house saying that I am characterless, I filed an FIR against him but with his influence he change the IO and destroy the evidence. I filed a case in 2018 for the maintenance for me and my child but nothing has happened yet. So basically neither the police has done anything nor the court my husband is in army but his seniors are helping him, even they issued a fake salary certificate for him lower than his rank. I don't know what to do now. Kindly give me a suitable guidance.
To know the salary file an Rti application before the army headquarter or defence ministry, second make Complaint to defence ministry if some army personal is interfearing . third you don't need to worry because if any allegation regarding false WhatsApp messages is created it will be proved when investigating officer while investigation send the messages for forensic examination it will be proved fake

you should file a application before the concerned Court wherein your case of maintenance is pending for summoning the record of sallary from the office of your husband. you can also summoned the bank account details of your husband. you may file a case for domestic violence in criminal court. you can contact me for further details discussion for more information and guidance through the administrator of this website

Firstly you can ask the right information about the rank and salary of your husband by filling RTI and if the information provided by defence was false and fabricated then you can take action through court against them. secondly if investigating officer didn't produced the evidence on your part then after framing of charge you presented them before court in the form of evidence.
