Regarding restraining order in Domestic Violence case

13-May-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
Hi, My wife has filed Domestic Violence case against me. She has got restraining order from the DV court. I have the order against me that I can't enter into her house, workplace and the school of my child. I have filed an appeal in the sessions court for modifying the restraining order and allow me to go to my child's school. Can I still go ahead and file an application for order modification in the same DV court under section 25 of DV act ? Regards Suprakash

Yes, you. an excercise both parellel forums. But the lower court may ask you to withdraw the appeal you may agree if the lower Court agrees to modify. You will get order very soon as it is your basic right. Please give me Rank FIVE Star if my answer is appropriate
