Regarding Hindu false dowry case, Domestic violence, unnatural sex

when my wife complaint in ladies counseling center in between i get the job from south Africa,now i m in south Africa and almost my vacations are near, i want to come India and spend my vacations with my family to another city or relative because of the police, now i just want to know after complete my vacations possibility of going back to my job.
i never do anything wrong with my wife , i never shouted and beaten this false case... please help me
