Regarding Domestic Violence case. I have filed before 1 year and still
08-Jan-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
Sir my case is going on. And ny husband is blackmailing me about text messages which I sent to another man. Which is not true. Plus he is gathering proofs against me to prove adultery. I am separated from him from 1 year. So what will be the impacts on my case. Please revert
those messages are in question are required to be proved by your husband in Court.
apart from that the contents of the messages are required to be tested . whether those are really of the nature of Adultry ?
if not then those messages will not help to your husband.
and if your husband is blackmailing you then you have a option to lodge Complaint against him for balckmailing which is serious crime.

For providing adultery that text messages need to be proved as per Information technology Act and Evidence Act.
Only text messages cannot prove adultery because that may be sent by another person.
Therefore you need not do more worry about that.You can claim maintenance from him.And also shared house and protection from harassment you can get from court through court order.
