Procedure for dv case and how much time will take for redressal

Hindu person, married on 2018 after delivery the denial of giving my complete salary and asked for right to go to my parental home created a conflict between both of our parents and us.my in laws abused me in front of my parents and after that they want me to give divorce to take my own dresses and jewels and money that I transferred to husband's account.if filed a compliant against them how much time will it take for redressal? I have audio recordings as evidence then police can get back my jewels without filing a case? If I am not willing to give divorce and staying currently because of the safety concerns of my child then husband can give divorce petition for desertion?

for desertion as a ground for divorce, the period of desertion shall be one year. here in your matter

1. file suit for recovery for recovering gold ornaments, cash and others
2. file petition under domestic violence at for your accommodation, compensation and like mannered including maintenance
3.agsnist the atrocities commited by the husband and inlaws, file criminal complaint against them for harassment
4. the time to be take. for the disposal of the case may be quite longer due to the present pandamic situation
5. please don't approach the police with out consulting a lawyer. because there may be chances of cheating

anyhow before taking any decision, please attempt to think before that thrice or more.
