My hubby alongwith his sis,tries to hit me n often threatens to throw me out of my matrimonial home,sis-in-law wants to hv hold of the home,she poke my hubby by misguiding him against me??
Dear Madam.. Please let us know that what remedy do you want.. If your husband and sister are doing harassment, then definetely you could take legal actions against them.. In addition to it we would require to know the facts of the case before proceeding further..

you can file a police complaint against your husband and sister in law in concerned police station. more than police complaint you should also send copies to the higher authorities of police and mahila aayog. further you should file a criminal complaint against your husband under domestic violence act wherein you can seek protection order from the criminal court. if you want to get further advice and consultation then you can contact me through the administrator of this website
