I was 10 weeks pregnant. My husband wanted to abort and i didnt want to abort. My husband kicked me in the stomach and i might have lost my pregnancy because i started bleeding. I didnt go to hospital yet. Can i file a case against him?
u can file a case now immediately by admitting in a hospital and from there a complaint can beregistered. this must be done as quick as possible. dont take risk with ur health. approach the hospital and explain to the doctor and see that the case gets registered.
