No Action Taken By Family Court On 340 Crpc Application Since 10 Month

My douther file an application 340 crpc in family court but not taken action and even no any argument for the same application.How can further process for the same application.
Sir, it is the discretion of the court to listen to arguments on an interim application at the appropriate stage. If you have filed it, you don't need to worry as it will be heard by the court. Though, you may press upon the arguments on it depending upon the situation of the case. For assistance you may consult me.

On the next date You should remind the court that this application is still pending and should be heard and decided first before proceeding further. If there is no hearing of the application , u can file an application in higher court for speedy hearing of the application.

Application under 340 Crpc should not take that much time. However it is advised to get in touch with your advocate to understand the problem. Argument cannot be delayed unreasonably and there has to be some qualified reason for non argument
