MY WIFE MISBEHAVING WITH MY MOTHER AND FIGHTING WITH ALL OF US

Need your help. I will write in points.
1. I got married in Nov 2019 (Love marriage) - Hindu
2. We started fighting very soon and frequently fight over small issues.
3. My wife once threatened me of committing suicide (in February). I imm called her parents and informed them.
4. I asked her if we are not compatibl as we fight a lot, we shd take divorce and she imm told me that I will never ever give you divorce and I will never go from this house. Nobody can force me to get out of this house.
5. His family ( brother & mom dad ) came to our house and we discussed all the small things that she threatens me for committing suicide and write our names.
6. I have recorded everything during discussion done in point no. 5.
7. Once my wife scratched me on my arms and I have pictures of the same along with her apology message on my whatsapp (screenshot).
My question is wt cn I do to safeguard myself if she or her family might be thinking of taking undue adv of rights given to a woman!
Hello under the given circumstances you should consult a doctor(psychology) for marriage counselling and to assess your wife for any case of depression or other mental disease as she has communicated you her suicidal tendency. Medical record of mental health is necessary in such cases. You should write all episodes to your in-laws and keep record. You can have a family meeting with her family and document an apology from her and she will not repeach such threats in future. Generally unless under exceptional cases no petition is entertained for divorce within one year of marriage. Please share further details to assess the situation better and give remedy.

Sir, first of all talk to your parents about the conduct of your wife, if you already did that tell your mother/father lodge a intimation complaint to concerned police station stating all the relevant facts and this is just for their information that if she commit suicide in that scenerio she will be only responsible for that..in that mention all the hardship you are facing..it will become your defence..or else you can file for contested divorce in your local family courts..if you need any assistance in writing the intimation complaint or further one to one discussion you can contact me..thank you
