My wife has done fake 420, 498A, DV on me and my mother.

Sir, Ours is second marriage from matrimonial site. In first marriage i had one son and me and my wife got mutually divorced with the childs custody with her. In my second marriage i have daughter of 4 years old. Now she has put a fake 498A, 420 FIR on me and my mother. In matrimonial site i had purposely put wrong information of the company name to avoid people calling on company address phone. I was planning for online MBA, and i did put Mba also thinking it will happen till i get second married. I had not put past sons information in matrimonial site. When me along my mother met their family for first time before marriage we showed them the divorce paper and i also told them i m engineer and was planning for mba thats why i had put the same. Nothing was hidden after the first meeting. After that marriage happend. She has filed 420, 498A. Please suggest.
