First of all, they cannot throw you out of their house, this comes under the cruelty, you can simply complain in the women cell, also file an FIR against your in laws, and at the time of divorce you can claim alimony in which you can ask for a share in the property.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file an intallah peshbandi application with the concerned police authorities enunciating true facts, followed by a complaint with CAW cell.

that all depends what you are seeking from the court if you are filing divorce then that will not be included part of maintenance or alimony. but if you are filing a domestic violence complaint then under pwdv act you have powers to get a protection order or residential order which will suffice your requirement as to the property .
