My husband did not take DV summons from court

21-Dec-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
My husband and his parents did not take the DV case summons even though they were in home. The protection officer from court told he will write as Rejected to take. What will happen next? Can I reach out to human rights commission after FIR?

Don't worry madam, if they refused to take notice from the court, the Hon'ble Court will take their absence and passed exparty order and proceed with the case. You can seek interim relief and protection order from the court. if the interim maintenance grant by the court, then you will have option to bring them to court by issuing arrest warrant against them. Kindly contact for Further details and legal assistance.

Dear Madam
Refusal Endorsement will be treated as duly served and Warrants may be issued to them. In the meanwhile get exparte orders on your interim Maintenance. Make them financially weak and with the amount your husband pays you, soend it litiagation.
