My friend got convicted for women harrasement case (2yrs imprisonment)
22-Jun-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
How could my friend get out of this women harrasement case?
He can ho for appeal to supreme court?
If he goes for appeal is there strong chances to win this case?
He was the TB patient during his divorce case is there any chances of including this as a valid point to reduce the punishment?
My friend is Hindu
According to this, if the lower Court verdict could not favour for u, you may appeal the same in higher Court and seek remedy. if he goes for appeal, if the argument goes in the right direction, there is there chance to get acquittal. sick should be taken as consideration.
