My father is ex state govt employee now a pensioner. He threatens my mother to leave the house, one got from inherdotary another one bought and both are on his name. He misbehaves and indulge in mental harassment in other ways too. Want to know if he can do it like selling the properties neglecting my mother's right on these. Also the savings and other money also like pensions etc can be given to any one else again neglecting any right of my mother on these if she is kept as nominee of the same as of now.
