Mentally torture and denying from his responsibility

My sister is getting mentally torture by her husband and in laws, her husband have an extra maritial affairs he dont give any love and respect to my sister , he doesnt have any responsibility towards my sister and their 6 months old baby girl. My sister is now staying with us but still they torturing my sister by calling her, they have taken all her thing like jewellary and household things , but now my sister had enough and she want to teach them a lesson ,, please help my sister
detailed history needs to be written on paper from inception and till date, medical documents of your sister is needed to sue her husband and inlaws properly, without proper homework dont rush filing a complaint or else no remedy will be sought and you will go round and round

She must lodge a FIR stating details of marriage and post marriage torture against her husband and or hisfamily .Thereafter she can proceed with a case for domestic violence and /or maintenance and / or divorce.
