Mental Torture l, economic abuse and Physical Violence by Husband

I am working female. I reside in rental house with my husband and baby. My husband constantly torture me in the name of my inlaws and abuses me for not speaking and giving respect to in laws. My husband even taunts me that he is running the house and bearing all the expenses towards our child and i do not give anything from salary to him which is completely a wrong allegation. He even become physically violent and hit me during arguments many a times. He fights in front of our 10month old baby and i feel my baby has become very scared since he watches the fight and violence from my husband. I am also mentally depressed and need to punisb him for his behaviour.
