2 saal se shaadi ki baat chal ri thi shaadi ho gai ab first night me ladki kehti h hume aapke sath kuch nhi karna balki shaadi me hi nhi rehna kyuki ye shaadi hamari marzi ke bina hamare pitaji ne jabardasti karai h. Ab is case me ladke ko kya karna chahiye please guide
It's matter is very sensitive according to Hindu marriage Act 13(B) mutual concern Diverse file in civil court but som more grounds are required to be mentioned in filing Application. When opposite party denied to singed it then you can take consultant a lawyer for the proceedings please.
