As my case is running since. 4 years. Interim maintemnace ke liye apply kiya. But husabdn lawter said. Wife qualification is 12th and husabnd ia 9th pas. But husabnd ia earnjng more than wife. As hubby was drugs addicted and mentally torture her aa baanjh hai tu, so how she can work after so taunt and torture yes she is eligible to work so but how she can start work if neither she is having no experience in work. Hubby is earning. Good amount, as. Also judge asked my lawyer. Is. Muslim women eleigible for interim maintenance. So how to take actiin or what to do next as. If judge is saying like this so how she will get justive

yes, any woman can entitle for interim maintenance, BNNS section 144 old cr. p. c. sec 125 or section 20 domestic violence act... you strongly plead your side with provision of act and judgement of supreme court as well as other high court definitely your interim maintenance application will be allowed...
