Inlaws and husband are implemented false petition in family court

My husband having extra marital affair and bcoz of it he wanted me to accept divorce, his family is supporting him as the other party is a good earner, they even filed petition in family court for divorce where lots of false allegations have been made, my in-laws raising false complaints in nearby police station every now or then, they even filed complaints in senior citizen court to remove me from marital house, the first verdict was in my favour from this court but still they have again raised complaint in the same court, I don't want to divorce my husband as it will bring chaos in my and my 10yrs child, request you to suggest me proper way

and as u said that orders are in your favor so now what releifs you need at this stage further more

madam as per your story your husband has files Suit against you for divorce . and you are not willingly for divorce. then you have to file the petition under section 9 family court . petitions for maintenance to . your husband has does act of violence to you dhanyvad to remedy of domestic violence case against your husband . for all this you can contact with me in personally immediately .

I would suggest you to file DV Case to secure you in your matrimonial residence and if you're husband is not maintaining martial relationship with you, you may file restitution application before the family Court there he will be directed to cohabitate with you.
