In laws & husband deserted me and my daughter

Me and my husband are married for 8 yrs. we have a 3 yr old daughter. We both are from Surat(Gujarat). we got married in Surat in 2013.
His parents stayed here with us since 4 years (since 2016).
My husband cheated on me and absconded since Nov 2019. He stays in a PG in bangalore.
He does not stay with us nor provides and financial help. He subjected me to a lot of mental torture while he was here.
His parents left for Surat saying they will be back in a month but never turned up.
They all deserted me and my daughter. Since then they have not contacted us for checking how we are nor taken any financial responsibility.
I am a stroke survivor. Had a stroke in 2012, I have a health condition due to which I cannot drive and travel faraway distances.
I am put up in Thubrahalli. Can any lawyers nearby please suggest how to proceed further?

you can file a divorce case, you can file for restitution or divorce. you can also file for domestic violence and also for maintenance and for filing any of these you need the address of your husband and his parents.
