In laws and husband torture me mentally for my expenses and dowry

I'm Hindu, 1.5 yrs of marriage, He with his father torchered me mentally, I demanded to live with him without his fathers physical unwanted interaction, he denied and now sent a court order on me having affair. I want maintanence now.
Your question is not clear need more detail first of all you need to reply court order in which your husband alleged having affair. Is it really court? How can your husband obtaol court order without your presence?
