I was married on December 2019 nd i have 3 month old kid...my husband return back to canada ( feb 2020) since the tine of marriage they all r doing verbal nd social abuse nd humiliated me ,even the demand of dowry... I'm in my parent's house from march 2020... No financial , emotional support frm inlaws nd husband ...ow my husband told me that i didn't want to live with u nd dont have any responsibility towards child. I'm too much stressed. please suggest me what should i do for me and my baby.. which legal action i take..please guide me properly cause i don't hv much knowledge about laws nd rights
file a police complaint against your husband and other in laws detailing all your trauma. you should also file maintenance petition for your kid and yourself. you can also file domestic violence complaint in court seeking residence in your matrimonial home if you wish to.
