I want to save my mother from my father's ehaviourb

Hello sir....I am from kanpur...my father is an alcoholic and he used to torture my mother everyday...we are two sisters..I am married and my sister is in delhi doing job...my mother has no son...I want to get rid of my mother from my father's behaviour...and I also want that my father should give half proportion of his property to my mother...so that she may live alone and happy....I m so confused...I don't have anybody from which I can take help...if you plz suggest me something...and I really don't have much money to adopt a lawyer...if someone want to help me genuinely then kindly contact on my number.
