I need legal separation by this yr for abroad syudies

I am hindu and i need legal separation documents by this yr to show to visa officers to go abroad for studies.I got married 4 june 2018.

I assume you mean that you want divorce by mutual consent..You cannot file for divorce unless you complete one year of separation...Assuming that you separated within few days of the marriage itself, in that case also you'll have to wait till after 5th June 2019 for filing a divorce petition. And once the said Petition is filed a date after six months shall be given. And to expedite the process, after a week of filing the said Petition an Application for Waiver of the cooling period of six months could be made to the court and if it's allowed you need not wait for the completion of the six months period. But whether to waive of the same or not is in the total discretion of the Judge and it cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
