I filed a case against my husband under section 498a and I want to kno
12-Oct-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
The first date of appeal aa I checked online was on august 16th and my husband got a notice for the same. However, I didnt get any notification and didnt appear. The second for summons is scheduled on feb 10th 2020. How do i proceed as I haven't approached any lawyer yet. Thanks.

first you hire an advocate, in your case that's not at all any issue , you can appear next date that's Feb 2020. if you hire an advocate then he will take care of your case. let me tell the first that who filed a domestic voilance either wife or husband
