Actually mere husband 2 nd month se hi mutual divorce bol rahe hai.1 st day se motherinlaw jyada gold chahiye bolti hai.ye nahi diya wo nahi diya.2 nd august se mayke mai hu.koi bula nahi raha.Koi financial help nahi kar raha hai.Husband call nahi utha rahe hai.wahape job bhi karne nahi dete the.lekin mere pass motherinlaw ka koi proof nahi hai.to mai kya case file kar sakti hu.Muze rehna hai to acchese.mere gold bhi le liye motherilaw me. Husband ignore kar rahe hai shadi 2 nd months se hi.
dear client if u want to save marriage then send legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights and ask husband to take back u to home. if husband not take u back after notice then file case in court. u can also file complaint against husband and mother in law with women cell of police. for any legal help call me

Hindu Marriage Act section 9 ke tahat Court mein arji Dekhen apne husband ko Rahane ke liye Kaise sakte hain uske liye aapko family court competent Civil Court arji Deni padegi.
