Husband not responding / absconding from wife.

it has been almost a year since my husband threw me out of his house. He has slapped me many times and harassed me in front of his cousins n number of times. I somehow convinced him or rather he agreed to attend couple counseling and lately he is neither responding to doctor's call nor my/ my family member's calls. All his family members are also not responding lately. How do I go ahead with such personality? I have been mentally tortured by him and his cousin during my stay there.
File 498A case against him and his cousin. You can make them run around courts. If police do not register then get FREE ADVOCATE from FREE LEGAL AID office and see that he comes to your feet. All laws are in your favor. Husbands ate afraid of. If my is convincing then give FIVE STAR
