Husband and His family torture

I did love marriage before 3.5 years, and i have 1.5 year old son. My Husband tortured me use cheap words and criticize my character and now he wants me divorce from me. I started emotional torture by using cheap words. I depressed. He not even support myself and baby financially. Please help me how to file a complaint against him.
you should approach the social welfare department at Collectorate office to file a domestic violence complaint and you should file Laga domestic violence violence complaint to the protection officer of domestic violence act and if there is any physical torture you can also procedure complaint to the police station near by you and you can also see ke family court remedy for further solution for your matrimonial problem
