I had filed a case against my husband IPC 498A, 313, 34 I want to withdraw all my cases. How can I withdraw myself. . Due to financial problem I am unable to carry on all this cases.. Please help me for giving ur good suggestions..

once an FIR is lodged it cannot be withdrawn you have to wait for charge sheet first secondly there are two options you can file quashing at high court or opt for FRT Moreso after all this your husband will file a case to recover damages by way of compensation and if your husbands lawyer proves that you have lodged cases falsely you can be jailed too
