Well, you can seek a Protection Order under the DV Act, 2005. There is a concerned provision of Shared Household which you can take benefit of under the concerned DV Act, 2005. If you get this Protection Order from Court, no one will be able to throw you out from your Home in which you are currently residing with your husband
