How To Be At The Time Of Hearing

Respected sir, i hv filed dv as well as maintenancecase against my husband and his family n my first hearing is on the coming days. My question is what exactly happens in the first hearing? What are all the answers which I made over their question which bcm ground on my favor..? If they ask me Will you go with husband what should i answer? If I say Yes what happens n if i say No what happens? Please guide me as early as possible
Madam, if you have filed for divorce , then your lawyer should able to guide you, but anyways the questions you have in mind won't be coming anytime soon as it's a long way to go , in courts you are to be represented always by a lawyer not individual , so yeah keeping that thing apart , the first step which is mandatory is to send both the parties to mediation at the first instance

First try to get interim Maintenance in DV case then your husband may come forward to take you to his house if you are willing.
