How do we file a complaint against my sister's in laws?

Humne apni sister ki shadi ki nov 2018 me. Shadi ke 3-4 months bad uska husband bimaar rhne lga, hospital me chakkar lgte rhe hm sb, 1-2 months tak treatment chala. Fir uski death hogyi. Ab pta ye chalta h ke use kidney ki bimaari thi. Kidney failure.. but us ladke ke ghr walo ne ye baat nhi btayi or jhut bol kar shadi kraa di hmari sister se.. ab kya kiya jaye un per kya case kiya jaye?? Or kese? What documents will we need for filling a complaint against them? Sister is our at home
yes you can file a complaint against them and you can seek compensation from them for the amount spent by you in the marriage. along with it you can file a case against them for playing fraud upon you.

Hann aap case file kar sakte hain cheating ka...aur ek application laga dijiye High Court me expedite karne ka uss case ko... to jaldi se jaldi aapke case ki sunwayi b ho jayegi....pehle FIR karwa lijiye...aur aapki behen unke property me claim bhi kar sakti hain...shaadi k photos etc aur proofs rakh lijiye...Aur jankari k liye call kar sakte h
