Hi law expert's, I would like to know,whether working women,who's salary is 3 times more than husband, is entitled for interim residential rights under 19f DV?she has mentioned her salary in assests and liabilities form.
Dear Sir,
You must represent before the COurt and if any such rights are given to the husband you can resist the same. You cannot remove your legally wedded wife from your residence because irrespective of her income she has a right to reside with her husband or in matrimonial house unless the husband establish that there is every threat of suicidal or otherwise threat to the husband and his family members.
