I understand ur question so u are an employee of government and ur wife is working in a private sector she is earning 3 lakh per month so u have to produce a salary statement before the court and u need the companys adress to show it to the court and she is earning more salary than u that u have to produce it to the court and prove it. if u have a child u should pay the maintenance to the child not for ur wife because she is earing well qualified only for 5k for kid per month. u should not give 25 k for the maintenance to ur wife it is waste of money and u have to show ur liabilities to the court like it depends on ur parents and if u have taken loan from any bank Or private finance company u should show alll the documents if u have a loan .
then the court will deducte ur liabilities then only pass the maintenance to ur kids only not for ur working wife. thank u for asking questions
