Hi law expert's could you please throw some insight about how discharge application can be filled in

Hi law expert's could you please throw some insight about how discharge application can be filled in 498a & DP 3&4, what all materials can be submitted to the court from husband side to prove his innocence or only charge sheet material will be considered/ allowed to discuss in the court?or husband can give extra material to the court during discharge application?and what exactly is the procedure and steps takes place when husband applied for discharge application for 498a & DP 3&4. Thanks in advance
Dear Sir,
You have to file Discharge APplication under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. You must establish in your discharge application how each witness is interested within the complainant and related to the Complainant. Further, you must establish how other witnesses only hearsay witnesses as such if the case is proceeded it will be unnecessary burden on the Court as sufficient material is not produced by the prosecution to go for trial of the case. You may contact any senior advocate for preparing such application on the basis of charge sheet.
