For Evidence Can I Submit Women Commission Application

As in 498(A) fathee in law has opted for discharge , and applied for it so to stop his discharge as he was equally partocipated in crime by saying barren to his daughter in law, so as i dont have evidences as i was not carrying phone or anything and it was inside the house , so in 2022 i applied in women commission an application i am having from their stamped and signed by them, so can i submit this in court in FIL discharge application. As i filed case in 2023, and in women commission application father i. Law name is mentiined. So will it be a strong evidence, secondly i want to ask as we uses to live in rented apartment and hubby used to do drugs and beating so we used to shift all places so can i submit society application to in court as part of cruelty, will society will give me letter as it passed 4 years we shifted from there, will they provide me with the notice application as violence had happened in front of them they all are the witness

1. Yes, you can file your Women Commission complaint against Father-in-law in the Discharge matter. If it appears to the Court, that there is incriminating material against the Father-in-law, then the court will not discharge the case against him. 2. If the society secretary/chairman etc. are known to you, then only they will give you the notice, else you will have to request the judge for directing the society to file the appropriate notice in court.
