I have filed a for against my husband n in-laws, so after this police will arrest my husband or he will be jailed.. or can he apologize n can we live together if same thing not happen again.. n he is drug addict. So can I file fr dv or give one more chance

If the FIR has already been lodged, and, the section under which FIR has already been lodged is of Sec 498A of the IPC, 1860, then now immediate arrest will not take place as per the SC directions in Sec 498A Case, Police will first do Questioning and gather evidence against the accused persons, then the arrest of the accused will take place to prove them as guilty Offendors or Criminals or Culprits.
