False Allegations Against Entire Family & Defense Evidence

25-Jul-2026 (In Domestic Violence Law)
My wife and her family filed fake and false cases against me and my family, and she targeted my brother in sections 354,(A) (4), 498 A, 323, 504,34, including the entire family. How can I respond to this case because it is so personal to me and my family?

If the allegations are false, respond through the legal process rather than emotionally. Collect all evidence (messages, call records, CCTV, witnesses, travel records, etc.), apply for anticipatory bail if required, seek quashing/discharge where legally appropriate, and contest the case on its merits through your advocate. Since your brother has also been named under Section 354A(4) and other family members are accused, each accused should obtain independent legal advice and prepare an individual defence. If you tell me which state the case is filed in, whether an FIR has been registered, and at what stage the case currently is, I can suggest the most appropriate legal strategy.

If allegations are false, respond through the proper legal process: obtain the FIR/complaint, preserve evidence, seek appropriate bail/quashing/discharge remedies, and contest each allegation on facts and law.
