DVC case is under trail but want compromise

Sir DVC case is under trail in the court of 1st class magistrate court so far 3 hearings are taken but we are ready to compromise let me know the procedure for the closing of the case under trail in the court

please file memo starring the matter is under compromise plse refer the matter Dlsa it can be settled in the way writingterms and conditions by both parties should sign in memoboth parties should be present at the time file ing memo

As your DVC case is already in the court you have to request the judge if and only if you and opponent completely agree to compromise. The honarble judge will take your request into consideration and will send you both to the mediation center, then you can proceed with your request completely. it's very simple.
you (both the parties i.e., the petitioner and the respondent/s jointly) can file a joint memo before the learned judicial first class magistrate court asking for refer the matter to record the compromise at there (Next month 2nd Saturday likely to be observed national lok adalat). before lok adalat you can reduce into writing the terms and conditions/payments/undertakings if any.
